Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic deliveries, we use Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked Services.

International Shipping

We're excited to offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide! International orders are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@hassanzadeh.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchange requests within 28 days of the purchase date if the item is unused and in its original condition.
